Keap (former Infusionsoft) is a platform that enables businesses to upload, store, and share documents directly with clients and prospects. Documerge supports Keap as a delivery method, allowing you to seamlessly deliver merged documents to your Keap/Infusionsoft system.
To start click the + New Delivery button to open a modal where you should select Login to Infusionsoft.

Once logged in and once you grant permissions to Documerge for uploading documents you will be redirected to main settings page where you will be presented with several required and optional fields:

In this modal, only one primary field is required: either the Contact ID or the Email Address. You can use document merged fields for making this input dynamic.

Documerge also provides a range of customizable options when utilizing the Infusionsoft delivery method:
Always send to Infusionsoft
This option will be selected by default. If you unselect it, you can add conditionals to specify in which case the email should be sent. Document fields are also available and can be used for conditionals.

Save email deliveries in contact history
When selected all email deliveries will be stored in customer contact history in Keap/Infusionsoft CRM.
Add tag(s) to contact
You can add comma separated tag Ids to contacts.

Delay this delivery
If you need to delay the delivery of an email, this option is useful. You can postpone sending the email for up to 30 days.

If an error occurs, send an email to
If an error occurs while using this delivery method, a notification can be sent to the specified email address.
