The primary function of the Data Route Merge Tab is to offer three distinct options for merging your data route documents: Integrate & Automate, Upload Data, and Manual Data Entry. Each of these options is explained in detail below.
Integrate & Automate Option
If you’re developing your own integration, this option provides a URL that allows you to send data route documents directly to Documerge for processing. You can send data via a webhook (using an HTTP POST with name/value pairs), utilizing the field names in your data route document (e.g., first_name=John&last_name=Smith&phone=312-555-3029):
In this option you can also setup the integration with Pipedrive, Podio and Clio.
Upload Data Option
This merge option allows you to upload data via CSV. An example CSV file, prepared to match your data route document fields, is provided and can be downloaded for your convenience:
After uploading the correct CSV, you can match the fields with your data route document fields. Recent uploads are stored and displayed in the table below for easy reference.
Manual Data Entry Option
In this merge option you are provided with an URL that if accessed directly will open a form that contains all document fields which you can fill and run the merge immediately:
