Documerge documents field mapping is a feature that allows you to connect and align specific fields from your Documerge forms with fields in your documents. This mapping ensures that the data collected from the forms is accurately and automatically populated into the corresponding fields in your documents. This can be particularly useful for generating customized documents from your forms and where fields needs to be placed in predetermined locations within the document.
Fields that are currently used somewhere in your document (either in the document itself, or somewhere else such as file name, delivery code or in a field map itself) will be shown in the list. You can also add additional fields and run Smarty logic within those fields to create dynamic content. List also shows how many times was a particular field used in documents.
